The Brief |
To design full engineering services for a modern
distribution unit with through flow docks which provide a
highly automated fast flow distribution unit on a fast track
construction programme i.e. 10 months from design to
completion.

Site Specifics |
Demolish and make safe telecommunications factory and
install a 450,000ft2 Distribution Unit on a tight
site bounded by roads on three sides and a Perfume Factory
on the fourth side.

Included lighting in aisles, hibay
lighting, roof and in-rack sprinklers, jet venture heating
and ventilation, guided rail fork trucks, smoke vent, fire
detection, full IT and LAN networks, garage, vehicle wash,
fuel station and energy centre.
