To extend a modern airline training and flight simulator facility.

Care was taken during the build not affect the existing flight simulators due to the constant 24 hour 7 days a week pilot testing requirements required by the airlines.

Installation of heating, electrical services such as modern lighting, power, data, fire protection and sprinklers.
