·         The Brief To provide a comprehensive development on a restricted site with many constraints to an Integrated 150 bed hotel, restaurant, Frankie & Benny’s.
 
·         Site Specifics Due to close proximity of power lines, careful planning of construction and building layout had to be considered with close liaison with supply authority to switch off main 33,000 volt lines.
 
·         Services Comprehensive heating/cooling together with architectural lighting and full hotel facilities.
