·         The Brief To create a modern flexible business/commercial centre.
 
·         Site Specifics The Site infrastructure was created prior to building work and comprised five plateauted sites. The first Site has now been built.
 
·         Services Gas/Electricity/Telecommunications were brought to Site and a comprehensive Distribution System installed to feed all five Site.  These are capable of feeding units from offices to Call Centres as well as providing services for Hotels and other uses.
