·         The Brief Full design of part refurbished and part new building to replace existing Secondary School.
 
·         Site Specifics Replacement of Existing and New Engineering Services to meet modern standards. Existing School extremely fire damaged and initial works included fast track involvement to provide operational School after fire.
 
·         Services Condensing Boilers, Energy Efficient Lighting with Lighting Control, Comfort Cooling to IT Areas, Underground Drainage, Syphonic Rainwater and Rainwater Recycling, Sprinkler Protection.
