·         The Brief Survey the existing building prior to undertaking detailed design, then design and oversee the installation of the M&E services within the new hotel.
 
·         Site Specifics The 89 room hotel occupies the top four floors of an existing building with an external lift shaft that transports guests from the ground floor entrance to the hotel on the top floors bypassing the offices below.
 
·         Services The hotel includes the usual M&E services including a small scale Combined Heat & Power (CHP) system for domestic hot water to achieve a 6% reduction in carbon dioxide. The Scheme also incorporates 25m2 of roof mounted photo voltaic panels, resulting in a further 1% reduction in carbon dioxide.
