Extensive refurbishment of the existing listed building which houses the Botanical Reference Lindley Library. Job value £7 million pounds

·         The Brief Provide a full M&E design to the existing listed building and extended area’s including a basement and new office areas.
 
·         Site Specifics Careful consideration was needed during the M&E installation due to the nature of some of the existing fabrics of the building. Careful detailing of services to ensure approval especially due to the listed building nature of the site.
 
·         Services Heating, domestic water services, lighting, power, ventilation, sanitation & rainwater. Close environmental control of historic library collection created in new basement with minimal services space.
