A £1.5 million Electrical Services Refurbishment of Existing Buildings
 

·         Upgrade to Electrical Services within Existing Buildings

·         Maintaining Operational Facilities

·         Surveying within Operational Areas
 
·         The Brief Testing and Production of Reports based on results, to then produce performance specifications to Upgrade existing services installations to the up to date British Standards and associated guidelines.   Sustainable solutions and options provided where appropriate.
 
·         Site Specifics All functions within building to remain fully operational during works. Liaison with Tenants to afford the least possible disruption.
 
·         Services Updated Lighting and Controls in landlords areas, upgrade to electrical services, including switchgear and associated items and all final circuit wiring and sub-main supplies.
