·         The Brief To incorporate High Density Residential onto an existing brownfield site but retaining a listed building in the centre of the site to give both affordable and private residential with a parkland garden in the centre and underground car park.
 
·         Site Specifics The site was adjacent to a National Rail and London Underground station and the site had considerable diversion of services to be undertaken.
 
·         Services Each Private Residential unit was installed with underfloor heating, fully integrated TV/communication network systems and security measures complete with specialised lighting and controls.
