To provide full mechanical & electrical design to the
landlords’ areas and to 704 apartments achieving code for
sustainable homes level 4.

Apartments spread across seven blocks including a forty
three storey landmark tower.

Services |
All incoming services and landlords areas, heating and hot
water supplied from nearby Olympic park district heating
plant to main site interface and on to individual apartment
heat interface units. Apartments have latest provision in
terms of lighting, power and ancillary services, ventilation
and heating, hot & cold water services, Penthouses have full
comfort cooling and underfloor heating.
