Phil Erridge began his career by serving an apprenticeship in the drawing office of a national ductwork contractor working on many commercial projects in London during the mid to late eighties.

Other positions included Building Services Manager at Gatwick and a corporate role as Building Services Engineer giving advice to projects and development of framework agreements.

Phil then worked for WSP achieving the position of Associate. Projects included major extensions to public buildings, office, retail and industrial facilities having Project Leader responsibilities. Experience was also gained on the Terminal 5 development at Heathrow, with 18 months based on campus, leading Building Services design input for various parts of the project, including feasibility for the subsequent phase.

Aviation projects were conducted under the partnering agreement with BAA plc, and Phil also became involved with the ongoing improvements necessary to nurture such a relationship. He was part of the team charged with designing and delivering a training package for inducting new staff to this working environment and arrangement.

He has also gained Project Management qualifications including the Association for Project Management Professional and Practitioner qualifications.
